Although our team encompasses everyone at Artone, here are a few team members you’re more likely to interact with.

Michael Calimeri

President

BIOGRAPHY

Michael oversees all aspects of the company and is directly involved in sales.

Mike started his career on the factory floor when the company was much smaller and is familiar with all aspects of the business.  He appreciates being involved in the everyday workings of the company and makes sure that he not only monitors the operations but is also productive contributor.  Mike pays attention to all the customers and all their jobs and helps ensure that projects flow through in a timely and efficient manner.

With such strong experience and industry knowledge he is an important contributor to sales and customer development.  Mike looks forward to attending trade shows, sales visits, and forming new relationships.  Where necessary Mike will attend meeting with potential new customers in order to answer questions and convey Artone’s philosophy that quality and timeliness drive our business.

Mike is proud of the fact that Artone employs nearly 100 people. He gets great pleasure from knowing that they not only enjoy coming to work, but are able to support their families by so doing. In his own words, “I make every effort to get it right each day because our people care and do a great job.  They deserve to work for a company that gets it right”.

Outside of Artone, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, boating, snowmobiling and doing various home projects.

Sebastian Calimeri

Executive Vice President

BIOGRAPHY

As Executive VP, Sebastian covers a broad field of responsibility including sales, shop floor issues, research/development and corporate responsibilities.   Many of the innovative features that Artone offers are his handiwork and he directs the production of prototypes and the engineering of new products.   Continual improvement is always on his mind and he finds development of a customer’s vision very rewarding. 

Like Mike, Sebastian is motivated each day by the family of people that work at Artone.  He tries to encourage an environment that builds team spirit so that employees feel valued, helping creativity, productivity and diligence.  Sebastian says:  “If you are honest and upfront with your thoughts, ideas or problems, we can work through anything.  Work is complex enough with the right information and near impossible without it.”

Outside of work, Sebastian does his best to make his family his hobby.  He enjoys cooking Sunday dinner for them and encourages regular time together. Sebastian also enjoys riding his Harley in the summer and snowmobile in the winter.

Caitlin Halpainy

VP of Sales & Marketing

As VP of Sales & Marketing, Caitlin leads our high-performing teams with a focus on growth, innovation, and customer success. With 10 years of experience, Caitlin combines creativity with data-driven strategies to expand our brand presence and drive results. Passionate about empowering teams and creating lasting relationships, she thrives on delivering impactful solutions and staying ahead of industry trends.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.

Sales Department

Sam Gullotti

Sales Consultant

BIOGRAPHY

Sam is Artone’s Sales Consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in furniture manufacturing which make him a very important resource for the company.  He has experience in design and manufacturing across all segments of the custom furniture business.  His responsibilities include unique hotel projects, building relationships within the architecture and design community, sales and market research.  Sam’s personality helps him easily establish connections with owners, general contractors and other trades which is so valuable in special projects. Sam strives to exceed his customers’ expectations and this drives him to achieve results.

In Sam’s spare time, he loves to spend time with his family, golf and is an avid watcher of the news.

Antonietta Donisi

Senior Sales Executive

BIOGRAPHY

Antonietta, also known as Toni, is Artone’s Senior Sales Executive. She primarily handles brand accounts such as Wyndham – Microtel, Days Inn, and AmericInn and custom/boutique sales. While her responsibilities are vast, her primary focus is building Artone’s relationship with current and future customers.

 Toni’s legacy as an exceptional sales manager is defined not only by her sales figures but by the relationships she has built with clients. She strives to provide high level customer service and has a reputation for connecting with each customer through honesty and transparency at inception.

 Toni spends her downtime in the gym, working on her next sustainable health project, and spending time with her (3) nieces.

Ben Pyne

Account Executive

BIOGRAPHY

Ben is an Account Executive at Artone. As part of the sales team, his primary focus is prospecting for new opportunities and providing excellent service to current customers. He excels at discovering and developing accounts in new territories.

 Ben grew up in Hamburg, NY and currently resides in Jamestown. He graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Before coming to Artone, Ben spent many years in the insurance industry.

 In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, spending time outdoors, and cooking.

 

Project Management Department

Ryan Magnuson

Head of Project Management

BIOGRAPHY

Ryan is the Manager of Project Management at Artone, leading the project management department to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. He focuses on clear communication across all departments to meet goals of delivering projects on time, staying within budget, producing high-quality products, and maintaining exceptional internal and external communication.

With an extensive background in the public sector, Ryan brings valuable experience to his role. He oversees all major projects at Artone and drives them to successful completion. Ryan enjoys boating, camping, and exploring new destinations on his motorcycle in his spare time.

Jenna Zaprowski

Project Manager

BIOGRAPHY

Jenna has been a Project Manager with Artone since 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in customer service and project management. Her background includes successfully managing and operating the family business, which honed her skills in meeting customer needs and managing complex projects.

Jenna provides exceptional customer service and closely monitors projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet or exceed customer expectations. She is committed to fostering positive relationships and contributing to Artone’s mission of providing quality products.

Mary Gabalski

Project Manager

BIOGRAPHY

Mary is a member of the Artone Project Management Team with a focus on Marriott Brands.  She is responsible for orders from the point of sale to delivery; communicating with the customers, monitoring production and planning logistics in alignment with Artone’s mission of “on time and on budget”.  With over 30 years of sales and project management in various fields including manufacturing and construction, she is dedicated to making Artone’s relationships with purchasing agents, contractors and hotel owners run smoothly for the benefit of all.

 In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at her little cabin in the woods.

Jason Haglund

Project Manager

BIOGRAPHY

Jason joined the Artone Project Management Team in 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. His extensive background and training provide a strong foundation and great addition to the Project Management team at Artone. Jason earned his degree in mechanical/architectural drafting from Alfred State College, where he studied from 1996 to 1998.

A lifelong resident of the Jamestown area, Jason and his family enjoy exploring all that Western New York has to offer. In their spare time, they love traveling to Disney World and participating in missionary work in Mexico as a family.
