Incorporated in 1974, we offer a wide variety of hospitality casegoods and services to the hotel and resort industry. 

Growing from a small facility with a limited staff, we now operate out of a state-of-the-art, 250,000 square-foot manufacturing facility with more than 100 employees. 

Our hometown is Jamestown, N.Y. Once considered the “Furniture Capital of the World,” we’ve continued the rich tradition of furniture manufacturing that dates back to the late 1800s. And we're proud to remain an American-based hospitality casegoods manufacturer.

We know you’re busy. That’s why our team becomes yours. You’ll receive a dedicated support team Project Manager (PM) as your main point of contact. Your PM, along with your sales representative and project engineer, will support you every step of the FF&E procurement process. This ensures your design comes to life the way you envision and there are no issues with delivery. Our team is always available to you — feel free to ask for text, image, and/or video updates as you need! 

On-Site Project Surveys

Before starting to fabricate your casegoods, we like to stop by your facility for a tour. 

With a first-hand view of where your casegoods end up, we’re able to ensure delivery and installation is a breeze by identifying any potential impediments. As an extra set of eyes, our experts can also help determine casegood placement in relation to hard-point locations, room dimensions, and utility locations. 

Manufacturing for FF&E Installation

We manufacture hotel casegoods with their final destination in mind. Our team is expertly skilled in FF&E, hotel room design, and electrical and hardware requirements. Owning our own hotel furniture installers’ company, Contract Furniture Installations (CFI), gives us a different perspective than your typical manufacturer. What does this mean? From the day we first partner on your project, we’re planning how your hotel furniture will make its way from our shop to its final location at your facility.

American-Based

We're a mainstay in the domestic hotel casegoods design, engineering, & manufacturing industry. Located in Jamestown, N.Y. (about 70 miles south of Buffalo) we work out of our 250,000 square-foot facility. Our doors are open for tours of our manufacturing facility and offices!
